Sam Philip

Sam Philip is a member of our conveyancing team and he acts in all aspects of residential conveyancing.  Sam assists clients with the purchase and sale of property in Queensland, including houses, units and land.

Sam brings over two decades of lending and credit experience in the banking and finance industry, underpinned by his work as the founder of a boutique finance brokerage.  His extensive background has equipped him with a deep understanding of property transactions, lending, and client care, allowing him to support clients through the conveyancing process with clarity and confidence.

Sam approaches both his professional and personal life with integrity, compassion, and a genuine desire to serve others.

He is a devoted father to two wonderful children, who are at the heart of everything he does.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys staying actively involved in his community and values building meaningful relationships.

He has a passion for cooking, travelling, and theatre, and is rarely one to sit still—always finding ways to stay engaged, whether through work, family, or community initiatives.
